Política de licencias

Nette Framework se distribuye como software libre para que cualquiera pueda usarlo. Puede elegir si le conviene más la New BSD o la GNU General Public License (GPL), versión 2 o 3.

Para la mayoría de los proyectos recomendamos la licencia BSD, porque es fácil de entender y casi no impone restricciones a lo que puede hacer con el framework. Puede usar Nette también en proyectos comerciales. Ahora bien, si la GPL encaja mejor con su proyecto, elíjala sin problema. No hace falta que informe a nadie de su decisión. Conserve siempre los avisos de copyright originales.

Tenga en cuenta que el nombre “Nette Framework” es una marca registrada y que su uso tiene ciertas restricciones. Por eso, no use “Nette” en el nombre de su proyecto ni en un dominio de primer nivel; elija en su lugar un nombre que se sostenga por sí mismo. Si su proyecto es bueno, no tardará en labrarse su propia reputación.
